Hey there! I’m Leni Karr and I live for those inspiring moments of clarity and impactful shifts my clients experience in the safe space I create for them.
As your coach, I care about helping you finally take off that society-imposed straight jacket that stifles your authenticity and agency.
Along with proven coaching tools, I also lean into my experiences as a healthcare professional, former college soccer player (Go Stanford!), ultrarunner, a stumbling-toward-wise parent, and emerging self-aware human raised by two psychologists.
Yet what I really bring to the table is a deep appreciation for your unique gifts and my ability to spot patterns, connect the dots, and reflect back to you of what you’re truly capable.
